Pearl Knotting with French Wire

Learn how to make a traditionally knotted pearl, glass or stone
bracelet (beginners) or necklace (intermediates) using french wire to attach the clasp.
This technique is often seen in vintage jewelry and has a more "finished" look
than you get with clamshells.

Please note: This technique is NOT applicable to "illusion" knotting.

  • Students supply beads (approx. 15" for necklace, 6" for bracelet), one package French Wire, one card silk and clasp.
